Access odbc driver xp

My colleague is telling me that connecting to another database on that same virtual machine is working fine. He doesn't see difference between OBDC DSN for working and not working databases and he doesn't see differences between schema for that particular table.

Could it be something in the database properties that would explain this weird behavior? Any more ideas? Office Office Exchange Server.
